Abstract

Diverse and prolonged contacts between significant contingents of the multilingual population of the USSR, national-Russian bilingualism could not but lead to the emergence and development of numerous and complex processes of linguistic mutual influence in general and leave a noticeable imprint on oral Uzbek speech in particular.
