https://ajird.journalspark.org/index.php/ajird/article/view/1549

The article discusses the principles and possibilities of introducing gaming training technologies into the practice of school and university education. The subject of the study is the formation and development of the word-formation component of the language competence of the individual, which involves addressing some important issues in the development of the derivational process by students. The problem of transferring formal linguistic knowledge to the mode of pragmatic-operational use is discussed. The idea is postulated that the sequence of word-creative training is determined by a complex of factors that contribute to the efficiency of the speaker's activity in the process of generation and perception of a derivative word. Such factors include mechanisms, methods, typical algorithms of word creation, the idiom of word-formation innovation, the orientation towards updating the semantics of the word, taking into account its motivational form and meaning, the ability to express the nominative need in a variable way, including in a playful way.
Muslimova Rano Muratovna

https://ajird.journalspark.org/index.php/ajird/article/view/1551

This article investigates contemporary trends in preparing future teachers for class-leader roles by examining theoretical foundations and practical experiences. Recognizing the evolving “class leader” function as encompassing psychopedagogical, communicative, digital, and leadership competencies, the study reviews key approaches: individual-pedagogical adaptation, leadership competency development, competency-based models, and integration of digital and interactive methods. Employing a mixed-methods design, researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with 30 prospective teachers, surveyed 200 students via a five-point Likert questionnaire, and implemented a 12-week practical experiment contrasting traditional lecture-based instruction with interactive, digital, and reflective activities. Quantitative analysis using SPSS 26 and qualitative coding with NVivo 12 revealed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher average scores in leadership, communication, teamwork, and reflection (4.2 vs. 3.5; p < 0.05), as well as greater proficiency in digital tool usage (78% vs. 45%). The findings confirm the effectiveness of competency-based and digital methods in class-leader preparation and suggest directions for broader, longitudinal research to reinforce these innovative pedagogical practices.
Sadokat Botirovna Khusenova

https://ajird.journalspark.org/index.php/ajird/article/view/1553

Financial literacy is a critical aspect of a country's economic stability and overall development. By increasing financial literacy, we can foster economic stability and improve the personal and household well-being of the population. When people have a strong grasp of basic finances, they are better equipped to plan for retirement securely, start businesses, and invest wisely. This, in turn, fuels innovation, creates new jobs, increases money circulation, and drives economic growth. Gender gap in finances must be studied as it reveals inequalities that can be critical for economies as a whole. Numerous studies have revealed that a significant portion of women lack financial literacy and even a basic understanding of financial principles.
Davronova Madina BaxtiyorovnaShakhlo Davirova

2025-05-132025-05-13402325DIGITAL HUMANISM AS AN AXIOLOGICAL PARADIGM OF EDUCATIONAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
https://ajird.journalspark.org/index.php/ajird/article/view/1555

This article examines digital humanism as an axiological paradigm of educational transformation through the lens of hermeneutical and post-non-classical philosophy in the context of rapid artificial intelligence implementation. Special attention is paid to the critical analysis of contradictions between technological rationality and humanistic values, identifying risks of algorithmic bias, loss of subjectivity, and increasing educational inequality. Digital humanism is interpreted not as an external ethical superstructure but as an internal regulative for designing educational ecosystems, capable of ensuring balance between innovation and fundamental values - dignity, autonomy, critical thinking, and responsibility. The necessity of integrating value foundations into the architecture of digital platforms and pedagogical practices is emphasized, which allows resisting the technological reduction of pedagogical experience. As an original conclusion, the thesis about digital humanism as a semantic compass orienting educational systems towards the formation of subjectivity in the era of algorithms and big data is substantiated.
Olgerd Aleksandrovich Filippov
